We follow a very simple process, once you make an enquiry about your project or land one of our Directors will personally contact you to discuss your land, we can then arrange a site visit, assuming to look at the feasibility & viability of the project. Assuming that an agreeable price and time frame can be agreed we would immediately instruct solicitors to progress the completion of the purchase alternatively we can discuss with you the option of working with you on a creative joint-venture basis.
